Simple 2d animation in code?

how can i code a simple 2d animation without using a programm (like spriter …) to create *.scml files ?
my sprite animation are all in one image.

Sorry, you can not create animation with code now, but you can split you texture with ShoeBox http://www.renderhjs.net/shoebox/ tool then create an animation with Spriter.
