GUI editor?

Maybe Im blind as I cant find GUI-editor, is there something like that around?
How do you create GUI?

Have you tried the urho scene editor? The editor.bat/editor.sh file in the Bin/ directory launches it.

Doh. I am blind. Yesterday I played with it and checked Create and UI-layout menu but didnt notice UI-elements (in Create).
